Where You Can Use Your E-Gift Card

E-gift cards can be used online at theliterarygiftshop.co.uk

Expiry 

Our E-gift cards never expire. 

14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period (Right to Cancel)

When you purchase a digital e-gift card online, you have a 14-day cancellation right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, please note that no refunds can be issued if the card code has been used in full or in part.

Refunds and Cash Redemption

E-gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. E-gift cards are non-refundable once the code has been used.

Returning Products Purchased with an E-Gift Card

If you wish to return or exchange products that were purchased using an e-gift card:

1. Check Policies: Review our returns/refund policy. We have a generous policy allowing exchanges for non-faulty, unused items
2. Proof of Purchase: Locate the email confirmation, order number, or gift receipt associated with your order
3. Initiate Return: Contact us to request a return within 30 days of your purchase
4. Refund Method: If a refund is approved for products purchased with a gift card, funds are typically returned to the original e-gift card or issued as a new store credit note

Important Notes

• Once an e-gift card code has been partially or fully redeemed, it cannot be refunded or cancelled
• E-gift cards are treated as cash equivalents once activated
• Please keep your e-gift card code secure and treat it like cash
• Clearpay and other buy now, pay later options are not available for gift card purchases. Gift cards must be paid for in full at checkout
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
