PAYMENT METHODS

You may pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. You may also pay by cash or card on delivery. Payment on delivery is available to addresses within the following postal codes: ​CH41-CH49, CH60-CH63

ROYAL MAIL PRICE RISES 

Royal Mail has increased their prices again, but we will try and keep our charges as low as possible for as long as possible, and we will continue covering much of the shipping costs on orders. As always, thank you for your continued support and understanding. It means a lot. 

SHIPPING & PACKAGING COSTS

We aim to process and ship orders within one working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excludes Bank Holidays).

We have flat rates for our shipping & packaging, regardless of weight or size.

UK orders over £35: 
  • FREE (Tracked 48 - 2-3 working days)
  • £3.95 (Tracked 24 - usually next working day)

UK orders over £100:

  • FREE (Tracked 24 - usually next working day)

We may also, at our discretion, dispatch orders under £35 via Tracked 48. 

Orders under £35:

  • 2nd Class: £1.50 (3-5 working days)
  • 1st Class: £2.50 (2-3 days)
  • Tracked 48: £2.85 (2-3 working days)
  • Tracked 24: £3.95 (Usually next working day)

All orders:

  • Signed For 2nd Class: £3.95 (3-5 days)
  • Signed For 1st Class: £4.95 (2-3 days)

Please note that delivery times are only an estimate.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local charges and taxes that may be applicable before goods can be received. These costs are not included in the purchase price.   

FREE SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Free Same-Day Delivery (before 5pm) is available Monday to Friday to addresses within the following postal codes:

​CH41-CH49, CH60-CH63

To qualify for Free Same-Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm and be of a minimum order value of £10. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day. Weekend orders will be delivered on Mondays. Same-Day Delivery does not apply to bank holidays.

PACKAGING

All of our packaging is eco-friendly. In order to do our bit for the environment we may, on occasion, reuse packaging.

INVOICES

To save paper, we do not automatically include invoices with orders. If you would like one to be included, please leave a note at checkout or contact us via email as soon as possible.
