How Audiobook in a Card works:
- The customer buys the card. They can write a personal message inside, just like a greeting card
- The recipient scans the QR code using their phone, this takes them to the Spiracle Audiobooks redemption page
- They enter the unique code. The code is printed below the QR code
- They create a free Spiracle account. No payment details are required ever
- The audiobook is added to their library. They can listen via the Spiracle app or web player. The audiobook remains in the recipients library permanently

We aim to process and ship orders within one working day. This may increase to 2-3 working days during the Christmas period. Please bear this in mind when ordering. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excludes Bank Holidays).
UK orders over £25 will be shipped FREE via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
UK orders over £100 will be shipped FREE via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
All of our packaging is eco-friendly. In order to do our bit for the environment we may, on occasion, reuse packaging.
To save paper, we do not automatically include invoices with orders. If you would like one to be included, please leave a note at checkout or contact us via email as soon as possible.

When you place an order for delivery to the US, duties will be clearly displayed and collected at checkout, ensuring that you incur no additional charges upon receipt of your goods.
Please note that the shipping costs do not include import fees and taxes. Depending on your country's regulations, you may be subject to customs charges upon receipt of your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if, for any reason, you wish to return an item (excluding personalised items), please contact us at returns@theliterarygiftshop.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests after this time.
- Goods must be returned in an unused, unopened, undamaged and resalable condition
- The postage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service to return your goods as we cannot be held responsible should they be lost in transit
- A returns form must be included with your package. You can download the form here. If you are unable to print the form, please include a note with the required information
- Once we have received your goods, we will check to ensure they meet our returns requirements. Refunds will then be processed to the original payment method
We reserve the right to refuse a refund should these terms not be met.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Should your item arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible. It may not be necessary to return the item for an exchange or refund. In most cases, a photograph of the issue will suffice. In the case of a refund, initial shipping costs will be reimbursed along with the original purchase price. Should a faulty item need to be returned, we will refund the cost of return shipping upon receipt of the item.
