Delivery and Tracking

To ensure smooth delivery of your order, we strongly recommend tracking your parcel using the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.

If you know you'll be unavailable during the estimated delivery window, we encourage you to:

• Arrange a safe place for delivery with the courier
• Nominate a neighbour to receive the parcel
• Request collection from your local depot
• Schedule a redelivery at a convenient time

You can coordinate these options directly with the courier service using your tracking number. Please note that any additional fees charged by the courier for special delivery requests or multiple redelivery attempts may be passed on to you.

If Your Parcel Doesn't Arrive

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and around your property, then contact us immediately. We're here to help resolve any delivery issues and will work with you and the courier to ensure you receive your order.

EU & NORTHERN IRELAND

Due to the European Union's new GPSR, we no longer ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

USA

Shipping to the USA is no longer available. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
